It is important to me that each class be uplifting and amazing for those participating. Not everything in life is controlled by you. Yoga is your chance to let your mind rest and allow your heart to take the reins. Take a time out from your daily life to renew, refresh and breathe.

As I write this, I am very excited! I send everyone love and blessings for the upcoming beautiful day -- 11.11.11. This is an especially lovely day for me, as it is my first wedding anniversary. This is to be a magical and auspicious day for all those who choose to see it that way. Please take a moment to reflect on humankind, on your life, or on how things can improve moving forward for you. Many will have predictions and tales of bad things to come. Let this day be known forever as a lovely and blessed day. A day that will be like no other.
