Day 14: Spirit Voyage's 40 day Global Sadhana (Release Fear)

Day 14

The difficult part at this juncture is not doing the meditation, but remembering to write about it to share with everyone afterwards.  My thoughts tend to carry me away after meditating.  So here we are.  Right in the middle of my session this morning these words popped into my head "What are you fearful of?"

This got me thinking -- what am I afraid of at this time in my life?  I'm sure there is much to be afraid for.  However, there is also much to celebrate and rejoice in.  While I will ponder this question for the rest of today I challenge you to ask yourself the same thing.

What are you fearful of? 

Only once you know what you are afraid of, can you face those things with courage! Be not fearful!  Doing this meditation will help us recognize, and face such things!
