40-Day Global Sadhana: Release Fear and Become a Conscious Leader

In our human state, we are more likely to try something new if we get an inside scoop of some sort.  So, in my quest for more students, more understanding, more of the good things in life - I am going to share this part of my journey with you.  Everyday.

Yogi Bhajan taught that it takes 40 days to break a habit, or make a new one.  Jesus taught this as well, participating in his own 40-day meditations and fasts.  I've done it before and I know, personally, that 40-days is a good start to a better life.  Whether its to make or break habits,  have a deeper consciousness, or a better understanding of yourself.   Today is Day 1 of Spirit Voyage's 40-Day Global Sadhana to Release Fear and Become a Conscious Leader.  Click on this link and it will re-direct you to the directions and information at Spirit Voyage.

The mantra is "Adays Tisai Adays, Aad Aneel Anaad, Anaahat, Jug Jug Ayko Vays".  Adays means I bow, Tisai means again, so Adays Tisai Adays means I bow again and again to the Aad, the primal One, to the Aneel, the One without color, to the Anaad the One without Sound, to the Anaahat, the Unstruck Sound.  Jug Jug Ayko Vays means throughout the Ages you are One in the Same.

This is the first time that I personally have done this meditation or even heard the mantra.  My goal is to participate in this for the full 40 days.  Today, I am grateful that I had the time and energy to do the meditation for the full 31 minutes.  My first experience with this was great.  The mantra was easy to learn and easy to remember.
