Beginner's class

This week's class will open your heart and energy channels to raise your awareness to new heights.  I want to help you gain a more full understanding of your love potential within; to release the obstacles within that keep you from living a truly joyful and expansive life.  We will close with a simple yet deep meditation to help shift from mind to consciousness.  

Wear comfortable clothing, bring your yoga mat, and water to drink.  Please remember to bring a blanket and/or extra sweater.  As you know, its spring but sometimes after the sun goes down it can still get  quite chilly.  I will keep your heart rate up, but always better to make sure you are comfortable.  

Class is $10 Per Person

If you bring a friend that has never attended a Coconut YogArt class before, you get 1/2 off.

In a bid for immortality, we’ve had cheese injected straight into our blood streams here at the R&R, so we thought we should give props to the food of the Gods…because it’s second only to Jesus as the most powerful invention of humankind.
