regular class price is $10.  Classes are 90-minutes. 

New Classes Added to weekly schedule!

   Have you wanted to join a Coconut YogArt class for a while, but your schedule didn't allow?  NOW we are offering 4 classes a week!  Because our area is small(ish) at times in the art gallery, and I want to always ensure everyone have a great class -- pre-booking is required for attendance to all classes!

New Weekly Class Schedule:

Monday 8:00 PM -9:30 PM

Tuesday 8:00 PM - 9:30 PM

Wednesday 10:30 AM - NOON

Saturday 1:30 PM - 3:00 PM

The SUBJECT should be the day that you wish to attend.  You will receive a reply shortly after the email is sent.  This confirms your place in the class.  Check your spam folder/please add me to your safe list.  IF YOU DON'T GET A REPLY EMAIL, YOU ARE NOT CONFIRMED  All classes must be booked at least 2 hours ahead of time.  Sorry for the inconvenience- but this is more convenient for everyone in the long run!!!  Thank you!

Calendar Of Events for November & December 2011

Please join us on Tuesday evenings at the wonderful R&R Gallery, downtown Los Angeles, for Kundalini Yoga and meditation.  $10 for 90-minutes of yoga & meditation.

It is important to me that each class be uplifting and amazing for those participating.  Not everything in life is controlled by you.  Yoga is your chance to let your mind rest and allow your heart to take the reins.  Take a time out from your daily life to renew, refresh and breathe.

As I write this, I am very excited!  I send everyone love and blessings for the upcoming beautiful day -- 11.11.11.  This is an especially lovely day for me, as it is my first wedding anniversary.  This is to be a magical and auspicious day for all those who choose to see it that way.  Please take a moment to reflect on humankind, on your life, or on how things can improve moving forward for you.  Many will have predictions and tales of bad things to come.  Let this day be known forever as a lovely and blessed day.  A day that will be like no other.
